1. Services

Montpellier Lodge provides Making Tax Digital (MTD) for Income Tax compliance services, including quarterly submissions to HMRC and bookkeeping for sole traders.

2. Engagement

This website is provided for information purposes only. No contract, engagement or agreement of any kind is created by visiting this site or submitting an enquiry. Services only commence following a personal discussion and written confirmation from Montpellier Lodge.

3. Client obligations

Clients must provide accurate and timely financial records.

Montpellier Lodge is not liable for errors arising from inaccurate information provided by the client.

4. Fees

Fees are agreed in advance and invoiced monthly. Non-payment may result in suspension of services.

5. Data

Client data is held securely and used only for the purpose of providing the agreed services. It is not shared with third parties, except with HMRC as required for tax submissions.

6. Limitation of liability

Montpellier Lodge’s liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 3 months.
